I watched it with my parents who know nothing about the League universe. I’ve been playing League since 2010, so my opinion might be a little biased.

But my parents were pleasantly surprised. They said that at times it was a little obvious that this series was more aimed at a young adult audience. Some use of pop songs and the villain being a little over the top is a turn on. But overall they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and didn’t mind watching the rest in their own time. I loved it!
Overall, this show comes together very well
It was everything I had hoped for and then some. Riot’s art department has always been on its A-game. And with Fortiche’s track record, I knew this had very little chance of going wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department, it has an excellent story, well-written characters, and a rich world of lore to pull elements from. And it showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer.
